Inspired by the last point of the above prompt, but taken somewhere completely different

Jon and Martin decide they want kids, Martin gets pregnant. Because Jon has firm boundaries against anyone else touching his dick, this happens either by in-vitro fertilization or enlisting the help of a friend.

Cue memory loss—whether by fear magic or a mundane traumatic brain injury, Jon loses his memory of Martin getting pregnant.

Jon’s knee jerk reaction to finding out Martin is pregnant is to fear that Martin raped him. (Perhaps informed by a history of sexual assault?) Martin refreshes Jon on what he’s forgotten, but the lurking fear is still there. After all, lying and saying nothing happened is exactly what a rapist would do. Jon goes down a paranoid spiral where he second guesses whether he can trust anything that Martin says and is tempted to invade Martin’s privacy to prove things one way or the other.

Meanwhile, even if he doesn’t know the specifics, it’s obvious to Martin that Jon is having a mental breakdown. He wants to help in any way he can, but this also raises fears that maybe they aren’t cut out to raise children.

I’d prefer trans Martin to an a/b/o AU, but a/b/o isn’t a dealbreaker. I definitely don’t want the pregnancy to be facilitated by anything supernatural, it should be something Martin’s naturally capable of.

Martin has become something of a connoisseur of these things, and The Corruption is, always, gross.

“Can we trudge through a nice void domain next?” Martin asks plaintively through a pinched nose. “Just for some fresh air.”

Jon turns to him. He’s not bothering to block the smells because he’s so high and mighty and above it all. Martin hasn’t really envied Jon’s powers. Until now.

“Actually… yes,” Jon says. “There’s another path we can take, we’ll just detour…”

“Martin?”

For the first time since leaving their cabin, Martin hears his name spoken in a voice that isn’t Jon’s. He turns around.

He doesn’t recognize the man in front of him, per se. The face, the build, the hair… they’re all familiar, but in a wrong way? To be fair, that might be partially because the man is clearly ill.

The man stumbles towards them, and Martin instinctively shies back. Jon steps between them, as if the three of them are a sandwich and Jon is the filling while Martin and that man are the bread, and that weird analogy makes something click in Martin’s mind.

“…no.”

“Martin, please,” the man begs. “I know I haven’t always been there for you, but you… you look well. Healthy. You have to help me.”

“We can’t.” Jon’s voice is as firm as ever, but there’s a gentleness underneath it that’s usually not there.

Jon’s trying, for Martin’s sake. Because this is Martin’s father, rotting in front of them.

Martin doesn’t laugh, but it’s a close thing because this… this is funny. His father had always been so afraid of his mother’s illness that this is where he ended up. Of course it is.

“Hi, dad,” Martin says. A year ago, he might have tried making nice. A year ago the love of his life had been in a coma and he’d lost everything.

A lot changes in a year.

Jon looks over at Martin, waiting for Martin’s cues. Was this why he’d been willing to leave his carefully-mapped path? To avoid this? He needn’t have bothered.

“Martin,” his father says, smiling with relief, and his lip cracks open, oozing blood. Martin’s nose wrinkles, but it’s far from the worst thing he’s seen recently. “Please. I’m dying.”

“Actually, you’re not,” Martin says, with a kind of forced cheerfulness. “No one dies here, not really. So that’s one thing you don’t have to worry about.” His father takes a step forward, and Jon is there, blocking the way. Martin’s false cheer dies away. “You know who did die? Mum. Last year.”

“Oh.” Martin watches his father process the news, and it is clearly news. He hadn’t even cared enough to watch for her obituary. “So she escaped all this, then?”

Now Martin laughs. “Yes, I’m sure that’s how she planned it.”

“Martin,” Jon says, voice low. It’s a warning and a comfort all at once. He’s right. Martin doesn’t have to do this.

But he wants to.

“I’m sure she suffered for decades, alone, with no support, so that she could die before the apocalypse. Just to spite you.”

“She had you.”

“And who did I have?”

Jon’s hand is on his arm. Martin realizes his hands are clenched in fists. The idea of punching his father has some appeal. The idea of punching this sick, frail, putrid old man doesn’t.

Jon draws him away, and Martin sees the moment in his father’s eyes when he realizes that Martin is leaving.

That Martin is leaving him.

His mouth opens and, instead of calling out, he bends double and vomits. There’s blood and bile mixed in with brownish sludge. He’s suffering. He’s so obviously suffering.

Martin turns away. “Good,” he mutters. Jon shoots him a sharp look but doesn’t say anything.

They make it through The Corruption without any further delay, not even a statement.

Three steps into the fresh air between this domain and the next, Martin starts coughing. Sometimes you have to cough. And, if it sounds like sobbing, well, that’s just what you’re choosing to hear.

Martin gets stuck in a time loop (with short repetitions - somewhere between a day and a week?), and eventually hits the point where he doesn't believe anything will have consequences. So he decides to fuck Jon to fulfil a fantasy, believing that it'll be erased next loop. The loop breaks, and Martin realises that "I didn't think it would stay real" isn't much of an excuse, but it's the only explanation he can offer.

Maybe set season 2-3 ish? (Or 1, 4, or a vaguely remixed setting.) In previous loops, Martin could have managed to spend a bit of time with Jon, but whenever they grew genuinely closer, it was erased. And maybe Martin didn't expect Jon to ever consent to sex, even if they'd started dating (an assumption which Martin could've been right or wrong about), and he would've been fine with that if their lives had continued normally, but trying out all of his wildest dreams in a time loop that seemed to lack consequences was just too tempting.

Maybe Martin tried to make it easy by drugging Jon's food or drink, near the end of what should've been a loop, thinking he wouldn't have to deal with Jon fully lucid and angry afterwards? Or maybe he just overpowered him, indulging in his guiltiest fantasy of seeing Jon struggle or freeze up in shock? Maybe he manipulated Jon into visiting his flat and kept him prisoner, telling himself that he wasn't going to repeat this after time was reset and he went back to looking for a way to fix the looping, so he'd make this one chance last for as long as possible? Whatever the scenario, Jon says no, and is distraught at Martin betraying his trust. (Even if he was in paranoid breakdown mode, he didn't expect *this*...)

I'd love for the aftermath to go a bit beyond the moment of realisation that the loop's broken and there's no undoing this. How badly do they handle it? Does Jon try to press charges (either knowing, or not knowing, that Martin would get sick if he was kept away from the Institute)? Does Jon try to hide it and withdraw from everyone, making the staff's other problems even worse from the breakdown in communication? Does anyone else know or guess, and confront either of them? (Either in a good way, or with victim-blaming and lashing out, like their reactions to most traumas in the show?) With Jon's canon-typical problems being overwhelmingly difficult to deal with in isolation, does he give Martin a chance to try to reconcile? (Like he gave Daisy a chance, even though he never forgave her?)

Okay so I always enjoy those fics where the og!archives have some fun at work, particularly in a dom/sub fashion. But I also have “what if someone walked in” in the back of my mind.

So. They are always very careful with any BDSM activities. (It can be sexual or non-sexual kink for Jon, depending on what you like) But somehow a situation arises where Jon is left tied up and alone for a moment. Maybe someone was texted, and is rushing there so he’s not left alone. Elias makes sure they don’t make it, and are delayed.

Jon is left completely vulnerable. Elias non-cons him.

Later, the others find him and provide comfort. Shock, horror, guilt and anger all around. I’m honestly more interested in the aftermath and recovery then the non-con, though that part is also good. So, the Eye is "fond" of Martin, huh? Seems... kind of weird all of a sudden, doesn't it, that Jon's feelings for Martin developed along the same timeline as his powers as an avatar. Seems a little suspicious that Jon's romantic intentions toward Martin REALLY kicked into high gear after coming out of his coma - the coma where he ceded a not-insignificant portion of his personhood and self over to the Eye.

Basically, the Eye had a big ol crush on Martin, and used its Archivist to fulfill that crush. Jon never would have developed feelings for Martin without becoming an avatar of the Eye, because they aren't his feelings, they're the Eye's feelings; it's just that a good chunk of Jon's brain is currently inhabited by the Eye, and he can't tell the difference. Literally any way you want to take this is okay. Maybe Jon realizes the truth when they enter Mikaele's blind spot and his feelings start to fade. Maybe Martin puts the pieces together as they're about to end the apocalypse and banish the Eye forever. The only requirement is that Jon's feelings for Martin do not exist without the Eye.

Potential plot options: Maybe Jon accepts it and decides he's okay with dying once the Eye is banished if it means he can hold on to his love for Martin until the very end. Maybe Jon feels coerced/violated by their relationship and can't look Martin in the eye after his feelings are gone. Maybe they just have an awkward no-hard-feelings-let's-stay-friends breakup in a cafe somewhere. Go wild.

Bonuses:
+The Eye is having an absolutely fantastic time dating its longtime crush and doesn't see why anyone has to be upset about this.
+Jon isn't the only avatar of the Eye who was affected by its crush, he just caught the brunt of it. If Martin is the one who puts the pieces together, a bunch of his past interactions with Elias suddenly start to make a lot more sense.

So Martin’s need to always need to make himself useful to people to feel okay as a person bleeds over into feeling like he needs to do sexual favors for his partners otherwise he's worthless. Some previous partners caught onto this, and while no one’s ever overtly assaulted him or forced him to do something he outwardly objected to, they were still shitty and he’s gone along with doing things that clearly made him very uncomfortable and it gave him a really unhealthy relationship with sex and intimacy.

Cue starting a relationship with Jon, and though Martin is trying to work on those self destructive impulses, he still expects Jon to want sex and for him to give it freely, and he gets a bit concerned when it keeps not being brought up and feeling like he’s doing something wrong. He eventually asks about sex and Jon explains “Ah. Yes. Or, well, no. Not for me. Not a thing I’m comfortable with involving myself,” which puts martin on some very weird coinciding thoughts spirals of “Oh thank God I’m not going to have to do things I don’t want to” and “He’s just saying that to let me down easy, it’s specifically /me/ he doesn’t want to sleep with” and “Aaa I now feel like I’m not making him happy.” He knows that a lot of this is irrational, but it still hurts. He might have a little cry about it all and then airs some of this to Jon, who while not used to taking on the emotional caretaker role is finding it very fulfilling, and Jon assures him “Even if I were interested in sex, which I am not and legitimately the best thing you can do for me is let yourself relax and stop thinking about it, it would be a real bastard move to make you do anything, especially when I think it’s pretty clear you’ve got some trauma in this area.”

Maybe Martin’s acespec himself and never figured it out but Jon recognizes some of his descriptions of the route of his discomfort in previous relationships. Maybe Martin's allosexual but just a bit sex repulsed now and has a bit of a hard time recognizing that. Maybe Jon’s flavor of asexual is “don’t want anything done to me but I can do things for my partner” and Martin gets to experience some role reversal and just receive pleasure without the expectation of reciprocation. Maybe there’s no concrete closure to the issue and he just feels better for having talked about it. Maybe some combination thereof.

Martin feeling jealous over Oliver, who's an absolutely perfect guest. Jon kicking Simon out after he flirts with Martin one too too many times. Whatever you can think of, I'd love to see it!

Set during episode 158: Martin is standing over Jonah's body with a knife, Elias shows up, Peter is urging Martin to kill him... only for either Peter or Martin to suddenly realize that Elias is pregnant, completely derailing the whole showdown. He's not heavily pregnant, just enough that it's noticeable but still technically possible to hide it - and the only circumstance under which it possibly could have happened was while Elias was in prison. Peter is utterly taken aback; maybe he doesn't immediately get the implication that noncon happened, or maybe it takes him a moment to process that it really happened to Elias of all people? Martin understands the implications right away, and drops the knife. He was already leaning away from that choice, and despite himself, his entire mental framework for Elias has just shifted from "evil tormenter" to "pregnant victim", so he's definitely not going to murder him NOW.

I'm neutral on Peter/Elias, so feel free to take it whatever direction calls to you. Former lovers? Divorced? Platonic allies/frenemies? Currently-married? Whichever you think would make for the juiciest character dynamics. No requirements other than that the person who got Elias pregnant is not a character we know from canon. I was thinking of it as having been some random nameless guard or fellow prisoner, but you can write development/backstory for that part if you like. Trans Elias greatly preferred to A/B/O; whichever you go with, I'd also prefer that OG Jonah Magnus was the same (i.e. had a body capable of getting pregnant).

+ Martin never realized that Elias was trans, and is starting to feel guilty about sending him to prison in regards to this fact specifically (trans Martin suddenly empathizing with Elias despite everything would also be a plus)
++ the realization that Elias is pregnant stalls the entire encounter for long enough that Jon actually has a chance to arrive before anyone has left

(Both. Both is good.) This would almost definitely have to be pre-Change and thus a drastically dark/complicit canon divergence AU Jon, but... the Beholding appeal of it all just transfixed me.

So is it full-on “sex in line of sight of one or more named characters we know” — risky, but it would sure serve to rub in “you literally can’t quit” — or maybe they’re loud enough to overhear and one or more Institute bystander gets the dawning horror of having to put the scene together by guessing until they think they’ve figured out what’s going on? Combination of the two? (In any Institute-related case — sight or sound — I am also potentially here for the shock and betrayal of the voyeur/audience finding out this was intentional use of consensual sex. Maybe Elias decides to push it when confronted and airdrops them a recap of how Jon actually felt during...? The whole premise of this kink is making my mind go absolutely wild, there are so many horrible options.)
