Ooh so, to throw around ideas for Jon's pov in case it either helps inspire someone else, or I get round to attempting this after finishing other fills, or there's anything to DNW; what about a version with a sex-repulsed ace Jon, who actually approached Martin for the 'I don't ever want sex, please tell me if that's a dealbreaker' talk? And he's confused by how enthusiastic Martin sounds in his acceptance ('That's fine, absolutely fine. We can definitely make this work. Uh, come here?') - but he's nevertheless happy to be kissed and held, and doesn't realise anything's truly wrong until a little way in, when Martin gets more worked up and insistent than he's been before. And *then* Jon's reminded of a previous partner, who lied about accepting his boundaries then tried to 'prove him wrong' with corrective rape, and he can hardly believe Martin would be the same, but it's still a while before he figures out that something else is going on here.
