I know this was posted over a year ago but do you have any ideas for the artefact/how it would work? the closest that I have to an idea so far would be a Buried avatar/statement giver (Karolina Gorka or Hezekiah Wakely) being dubconned by the Buried itself, but if there's anything specific that you have in mind...
