Prompt Post: The Magnus Archives #1
Rules
1. All comments to the meme must be anonymous. Linking to fills on AO3/Tumblr/website of your choice is allowed, but comments here must still be posted anon.
2. Concrit is welcome if the author requests it, but character bashing, kink shaming, and hijacking threads by derailing prompts with contrary comments or asking for additions to the prompt are not allowed.
3. Warning for spoilers and subjects such as non-con, incest, underage, character death and worms is highly recommended, but not mandatory.
4. Crossover prompts between Rusty Quill Gaming and The Magnus Archives may be posted to both posts.

(Anonymous) 2018-07-28 03:19 pm (UTC)(link)He had to struggle against the compulsion, gritting his teeth, dreading the sound of the tape recorder turning on, a subtle order to obey. And oh, how he wanted to obey.
I looove how much Elias wants Jon to compel him. I mean, that's basically canon anyway (pleasure exhalation will never stop being amazing), but the way you use it here, yes, wonderful.
All the while, Jon kept looking up at Elias, seeking his guidance, his approval. Elias decided to indulge him. And as always, it was a pleasure to give in to Jon’s demands.
And I love this bit about their dynamic, the push and pull. Elias indulging the initially resistant Jon when he gives in. Just such a complicated, wonderful power dynamic.
The urge was strong to pull Jon closer by his belt loops and push him up against the desk in front of him, to take him in his mouth and show him what would be expected of him the next time he showed up in the middle of the night in need of a statement.
And damn, this was so hot. Both Elias wanting to do that to Jon, but also why. To teach him, to show him what Elias wants from him. Just. Yes.
And then I also love that Jon just immediately goes for the statement. So many levels to that, because at first it's just, well, Jon. But with the dark undertone of addiction, because this was all for the statement, and Jon needs it so much. (Statement addiction is definitely one of my favorite canon developments.)
Jon looked up at him, blinking against the light, and Elias couldn’t stop himself from running his fingers through his hair one last time. “Good work, Jon.” Jon let his eyes fall shut.
Yes, praise kink! I love it. And actually I loved all the hair petting generally, how much Elias clearly was into it, and how much, despite himself, Jon also seemed to be into it. This is a ship where I love when the push and pull turns into praise kink, and you got it perfectly.
So yeah, wonderful, hot fill that was absolutely a joy to read!
