a) OP do you have any other DNWs (or requests, for that matter)?

b) Pursuant to (a), any opinions on other ships/Elias/tangential involvement of other ships containing Elias? I went straight for the Panopticon as a setting but I don’t know if I could write that without my multishipping tendencies bleeding through even if the context is Jon being 100% not interested in sharing for the foreseeable, and I wanted to check whether that’s a dealbreaker ^^;

a) the only dnws i can think of would be intense gore, either jon or martin dying, and scat/watersports/emeto, but other than that go nuts.

b) i would prefer jonmartin to be the central focus but suggestions of any other ships leaking in is fine with me! if elias wants to be there he can be, definitely not a dealbreaker.

c)(i don’t want to clog up the thread by making three separate replies but THANK YOU to the other two people who linked recommendations, these are precisely my shit, omg)

Aces, thank you! Iiiii write super slow but I love this prompt and have an idea so if nothing else I will be fiddling with it and hoping someone else also picks it up who’s better at finishing things than me because. delicious prompt

(Also on (b) yeah ofc! The first thing that popped into my head was Jon being possessive in context of Wow The Beholding Itself Sure Does Like Martin (This Doesn’t Help Martin) and I wanted to make sure that wasn’t a squick factor if I went there is all.)

Martin: ok yes I guess I appreciate not being. ‘shared’, whatever that… means… given who’s talking… but somehow it doesn’t make me feel any better, actually,
Jon: really not sure what else you wanted that I’m in any way capable of here but ok?

(That and “Jon telling him about what’s happening to the world beyond the tower”—because thinking about how much Martin doesn’t want to be around for the ‘venting’ in canon now versus how trapped he’d be feeling; and how… bad Jon is at remembering other people don’t like things he likes unless reminded, sometimes; and, y’know, him being past such reminders now?—are the two scenes that are slowly percolating in my head fwiw, I’m saying it now both because aforementioned Going Real Slow and because if anyone else finds either inspiring I wanted to leave them up for grabs >>)
